
Lauren has been working in private practice since graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2017 with an honors in Physiotherapy. She has interests in sporting overuse injuries, lower backs, biomechanics and breathing rehab and is graduating 2025 with a Masters in Health science where she is researching knowledge surrounding Relative Energy Deficiency in sport (REDs).

Recently relocated from Wales, Anna is someone who thrives in the outdoors—whether it’s hiking, exploring new trails, or just soaking up nature. You’ll also find her a regular at the gym and love’s staying active. Anna has a strong interest in sporting injuries, in particular Ankles, Knee’s and Shoulders and is currently working with the Eden Men’s Rugby Premier Development Team, supporting players in their recovery and performance.

Helen has practiced in the private sector for the past 12 years and has extensive experience treating neck injuries, spinal dysfunction, pregnancy and post-natal assessment using Pilates, Manual therapy, and dry needling.

Janaka has a special interest in treating lower back pain, tendon and surfing injuries using manual therapy, exercise, acupuncture and shockwave therapy. He has completed post-graduate courses in osteopathic manipulation, acupuncture and holds a post graduate certificate in orthopaedic manual therapy (COMT) run by the New Zealand Manipulative Physiotherapists Association.

Gwen completed a Diploma in Therapeutic Massage in 2006, a Diploma in Massage and Clinical Sports Therapy in 2009 and a Bachelor’s Degree of Health Studies in Massage and Neuromuscular Therapy in 2010. These qualifications were gained at the Auckland campus of the New Zealand College of Massage and are all NZQA approved. Gwen is also a member of Massage New Zealand, New Zealand’s Massage Association.
