Lauren graduated from Glasgow Caledonian in Scotland 2017 with a BSc

She is currently finishing her Masters in Health Science where she is researching knowledge surrounding Relative Energy Deficiency in sport (REDs).

Lauren has worked with a range of patients with various rehab needs. She has been able to help everyone from the weekend warrior just wanting to get better functionality to under 23 female rowers, cyclists, dancers, high level rugby and football teams, ultra runners and iron man athletes to post operative, shoulders, knees and hip replacements.

Lauren has a background in high performance sports herself. She has represented Great Britain in Figure skating and also has a background in rowing, horse riding and dancing. Since moving to New Zealand she embraced the challenge of endurance racing and has competed several full and 70.3 Iron mans. Her extensive sporting background has given her an excellent understanding and interest in biomechanics, injuries and the mental aspect of performance backed by personal experience.
