Covid-19 Information

Rest assured that all Kingsland Physiotherapy & Massagenwide staff have been double vaccinated against Covid-19.
It is mandatory for all of our staff to wear face masks during your appointment.
We have thorough cleaning and sanitisation of our clinics, and ventilation and/or air purifiers in each room.

We will maintain physical distancing during your appointment where possible.
We will be screening for possible Covid symptoms or exposure at the time of booking and again when you arrive for your appointment. If you or someone at home have any cold or flu symptoms, please let us know, as we have a strict no-illness policy for both staff and patients. We cannot see you in person, but can do an online or phone consultation instead.
We appreciate your help to reduce the risk by following the guidelines below:

Please use the NZ COVID-19 tracer posters to scan in as you enter our facilities. Alternatively, please sign in manually if you’re unable to use the app.
It is mandatory for clients to wear face masks when in the clinic and during appointments. If you forget your mask, we can supply one for $1.
Please don’t arrive early, and wait outside until your appointment time. Please be mindful of anyone else in common areas, and maintain physical distancing of 2m where possible.
We will be running on time. Please don’t be late. If you are late, we cannot give you extra time, and must end your appointment on time.
To reduce the number of people in the clinic, please come alone if you can. We understand if you need to bring a support person, and we will need their details for contact tracing.

Thank you for your understanding and we can’t wait to see you soon!
