Alfred is a dedicated practitioner with a passion for delivering exceptional treatment to both the general public and athletes. Alfred has a wealth of experience in exercise prescription, soft tissue therapy techniques, acupuncture and has a special interest in rehabilitating ankles.

Georgina Gardner

Georgina Gardner

BHSC (PHYSIO), PGDIP (MSK)

Georgina graduated from AUT in 2015 and has since worked in private practice. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and has special interest in treating hip and knee injuries. Georgina places a high value on holistic treatment  customizing her approach for each client.

Lauren has been working in private practice since graduating from Glasgow Caledonian University in 2017 with an honours in Physiotherapy. She has interests in sporting overuse injuries, lower backs,  biomechanics and breathing rehab.  Lauren is currently completing her Masters at AUT.

Helen has practiced in the private sector for the past 12 years and has extensive experience treating neck injuries, spinal dysfunction, pregnancy and post-natal assessment using Pilates, Manual therapy, and dry needling.

Janaka Radich

BHSc (Physio) MPNZ, COMT

Janaka has a special interest in treating lower back pain, tendon and surfing injuries using manual therapy, exercise, acupuncture and shockwave therapy. He has completed post-graduate courses in osteopathic manipulation, acupuncture and holds a post graduate certificate in orthopaedic manual therapy (COMT) run by the New Zealand Manipulative Physiotherapists Association.

Josh is more famously known as an All Blacks legend! He has a keen interest in musculoskeletal injuries and also practices acupuncture.

After completing her Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy in the Philippines, Grace had further formal training in lymphatic drainage massage and myofascial release. Since moving to NZ, Graces massage practice has focused more on deep tissue, sports and relaxation massage.

Danielle has a strong foundation in health and fitness, specialising in Deep Tissue and Sports Massage to support her clients with injury prevention, recovery, and overall wellbeing.
As a former gym instructor, she has experience guiding clients through corrective
exercise programs, helping them achieve their fitness goals and move pain-free.
